The library contains an assortment of books and magazines, which tenants are free to borrow and read. Upkeep of the library is managed by the Tenant's Association.
The Library doubles as a study area and board room for tenants and staff.
The Merv Thomson Room is a multi-purpose room where social functions of the Tenant's Association are held. The room will accomodate up to one hundred people. It is open to community use and is used for the annual general meeting of the organization.
