TenTen Sinclair's elevator is equipped with the following features:

Controls:
A new micro computer controller has been installed for greater reliability and reduced operating costs. All call buttons are 2 inch diameter brailled pushbuttons.

The exterior control panels installed at the elevator's entrance on each floor.
A close up of some of the buttons on the inside control panel. The braille lettering appears on all elevator buttons (both internal and external controls).

Infra Link:
In addition to the standard call buttons the elevator is equipped with state of the art technology that will allow normal functions of the elevator to be controlled with a wireless remote control.

Infrared multiple beam door-reopening device:
This new feature is capable of sensing an object or person anywhere in the path of the closing door, and will stop and reopen the door without requiring contact for activation.

Cab Interior:
The cab interior has been fully modernized with a new call panel, new plastic laminate side panels, new stainless steel hand rails, door and kick panels, new sheet vinyl flooring and a drop ceiling with flourescent lighting.

Voice Annunciation:
This feature is used to instruct passengers of building conditions, floor designations and service locations.

Fire Safety:
The elevator is equipped with a Special Emergency Service with Automatic Recall and In-call Emergency Service. This feature can significantly improve the personal safety of tenants, staff and firefighters. The elevator will automatically respond to fire signals and standby for firefighter's use.

Emergency Telephone:
The control panel in the elevator cab is equipped with a single button speaker phone for emergency use.

Signs are posted outside the elevator on all floors declaring the floor number in both numerals and braille.
