Ten Ten Sinclair is a 75 suite, three storey apartment complex. Unlike the Fokus and Cluster units, the organization administers the entire building. Of the 75 suites, 73 are one bedroom and 2 are two bedroom. All apartments are self contained and accessible to wheelchairs. There is heated, underground parking for 10 vehicles, otherwise all parking is outdoors. There is good visitor parking available. The building includes automatic door openers, raised tubs or showers and lowered counters and sinks. Apartments are tiled throughout. Main floor common areas and hallways are carpeted. Second and third floor halls are tiled. There are no apartment balconies, but numerous common areas and amenities for tenants:

The most significant feature at TenTen however is the Tenant Development Program. Through this program, you learn and acquire independent living skills while living at TenTen.

TenTen Sinclair is co-educational. Tenancy is open to disabled and non-disabled alike. The organization maintains a tenancy ratio of between 2/3 to 1/3 disabled to non-disabled. The building is staffed around the clock by males and females.
